This is the list of the different
levels of sponsorship available at
the Canton Theatre.
Thank you for making our past season
a success! The Historic Canton Theatre
has finished its run for the 2007
season with many of our shows being
“sold out” in advance.
We greatly appreciate your support.
Our next season, 2007/2008 starts
in October 2007 and runs through March
2008 with shows appearing from October
through March. During the spring and
summer months, we will be bringing
in children’s shows, workshops
for all ages as well as opening the
theatre for event rentals such as
meetings, receptions, fundraisers
and weddings.
We are beginning our fundraising
for the 2007/2008 season now so that
we can have all the information ready
for our opening in October this year.
We are working on introducing more
educational programs and to finding
new ways to be of service to the community.
We have set an ambitious goal of $175,000
for this season.
Our reasonable ticket prices, generous
sponsorship packages and popular 501(c)(3)
rental rates are what have made us
an outstanding choice of community
events. As always, with some the higher
levels of sponsorship, you receive
vouchers for tickets to the productions.
Your generous donation to the Historic
Canton Theatre will benefit not only
the theatre but also the Canton community.
We have developed a loyal patronage
for our evening performances and have
become a local theatre to bring school
groups for plays during the day. Our
patrons help keep their money in Canton
and Cherokee County. We have approximately
10,000 people a year come to our variety
of shows, and what better way to advertise
to people than through our show programs
or with a sponsorship.
The sponsorship for the Historic
Canton Theatre runs from October 1,
2007 through September 30, 2008. We
have consolidated the information
this year into a new format that we
hope is easier for you to understand.
The deadline for the sponsorship drive
is September 5, 2007.
We are offering several advertising
opportunities in our programs for
the 2007/2008 season at reasonable
rates. In addition, we are offering
the ability to put your company’s
name on tickets for a show. These
programs offer a great way to promote
your business as well as support the
historic Canton Theatre.

Use of Theatre reserved to regular
business hours only, by advance reservation,
space permitting
Tickets must be reserved in advance.
You will receive a form to select
your desired dates and show times.
Please note, we can not process refunds
or exchanges on sponsor tickets.
